Prior guest services/ beach services is preferred.
Full-time and seasonal position that requires the individual to provide beach chair and umbrella rental services to guests and owners. Helps in maintaining a safe and enjoyable swimming and relaxing environment to all guests.
Ensuring equipment and area is in clean and safe working order
Setting up chairs, umbrellas and volleyball courts as needed.
Maintain proper care, use and inventory control of all beach equipment.
Assisting the Recreation Department activities.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of the time performing each function to be solely determined by management based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
Act in a courteous, helpful and efficient manner when dealing with guests and owners.
Make sure equipment, beach area and personal appearance are neat and clean.
Be knowledgeable of the beach area and surrounding areas (Restaurants, Activities) in order to convey information to the guests.
Team Player with a positive attitude.
