Prior guest services or other hospitality experience is preferred.
Position Purpose:
Full-time and seasonal position that requires the individual to provide beach towels and sun care products to guests and owners. Helps in maintaining a safe and enjoyable swimming and relaxing environment to all guests.
Essential Functions:
Ensuring equipment and area is in clean and safe manner
Setting up pool hut and checking towels in/out.
Maintain proper care, use and arrangement of all pool equipment.
Assisting the Recreation Department in pool related activities.
Supportive Functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of the time performing each function to be solely determined by management based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
Act in a courteous, helpful and efficient manner when dealing with guests and owners.
Straighten and clean the pool areas on a daily basis and all pool hut storage areas as needed.
Be knowledgeable of the pool and surrounding areas in order to convey information to the guests.
