Prior pool maintenance experience is preferred.
Position Purpose:
To properly maintain pools and spas on the property, along with outside recreation area. Individual must monitor pool chemicals and equipment to maintain proper working order.
Essential Functions:
Maintaining pools, whirlpools, fountains, and spa (filters and cleaning).
To make sure the pool deck is in proper order, umbrellas are up, chairs are straight, trash picked up and areas are clean. Decks are sprayed down.
Pool chemicals and readings make sure they are at proper levels, and being maintained. Log chemicals.
Make sure pump stations and equipment is properly working, if not make sure it is addressed to the appropriate person.
Supportive Functions:
In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function solely determines by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
Help out with pool equipment repair.
Make sure working areas are clean and organized.
Assist other departments if needed.
