To deliver Barefoots server and bartender food orders properly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Runs food order properly, efficiently and in a timely manner. Must be able to identify incorrect or specialty menu items. Must organize tray of the menu items to be delivered to the tables or bar. Maintains constant line of communication with the expo. Must properly deliver all items to the proper table numbers.
Maintain proper and adequate set up of the expeditor line. This includes stocking of all condiments, plastic silverware and serving baskets based on the projection of business for the day. Switch out of daytime condiments and related items and replace with dinner menu items.

Clean and maintain the expo area including all counters and floor.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Hilton from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Hilton rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities. Cross utilization in other F&B venues at the hotel is required. Employees who violate Hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
