One year experience in guest service desired.
The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.
Oversee the operation of the private lounge and the facilities area.
Responsible for the opening and closing of the steam, sauna and whirlpool areas and their daily sanitation.
Responsible for setting up daily water, tea and snacks according to Hilton standards.
Greets all guests upon arrival and issues them a robe, slippers and a locker.
Replenishes lockers with guest amenities, clothing and towels.
Maintains the supplies, treatment area and wet areas keeping them neat and presentable.
Collects and delivers dirty linen from locker area, fitness center and staff lounge as necessary.
Stocks linen closest in locker area and treatment hallway as necessary.
Maintains the snack and water areas throughout the day.
Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the facility, inside and outside areas.
Maintains laundry inventory.
Conducts tours of the facility.
Stays up-dated on the latest developments of the spa.
Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest.
Maintains effective guest relations.
Performs special projects delegated by the Supervisor and/or Spa Director i.e. monthly inventory.
Assists with the cleaning of the Fitness Room.
Knowledge of treatments and the ability to explain treatments to guest
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Hilton from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
